Juuhi Ahuja has spent her career doing one thing: helping enterprise leaders find the right people to get hard things done.
Around 25 years ago, she founded Wise Men Consultants in Houston. Over the decades that followed, she built it into a firm that enterprise leaders at CenterPoint Energy, Entergy, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and many others came to trust for IT consulting, staffing, and managed services and support work.
When she sold Wise Men to a private equity firm, she took a moment. And then she thought: Wise Men become Wizards.
She founded Merlin Solutions to carry forward everything that made Wise Men trusted, the relationships, the standards, the accountability and to build something new on top of it. A firm designed for an era when the question isn’t how many IT professionals can we put at client sites, but who are the right people to lead what AI is making possible.
Juuhi is an entrepreneur, a Houston community leader, and a believer that the best IT firms are built on trust, not transaction volume. She leads Merlin with the same philosophy she’s always had: Quick and Quality.

Prior to launching Merlin Solutions, Juuhi established Wise Men Consultants and grew it into a global IT consulting powerhouse, partnering with leading organizations such as CenterPoint Energy, Entergy, ExxonMobil, and ConocoPhillips. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has a proud track record of pioneering forward-thinking solutions that seamlessly align talent with evolving business needs, fostering measurable transformation across diverse industries.
Juuhi’s academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology. She is an active leader in the diversity and business community, contributing her expertise through roles with the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), Houston Minority Supplier Diversity Council (HMSDC), and the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston.
