Ravi brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and business strategy to his role as Director of Business Development at Merlin Solutions. Known for identifying opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and market expansion.

He has led high-impact initiatives across industries with a focus on client acquisition, key account management, and revenue generation. Combining a collaborative leadership style with data-driven decision-making, Ravi consistently delivers innovative, value-added solutions that enhance performance and profitability.

Ravi holds an MBA in Marketing from Acharya Nagarjuna University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising from Annamalai University, and an Associate Degree in Arts & Computer Science from Lone Star College in Houston, TX. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Outside of work, Ravi enjoys traveling, exploring global cuisines, and spending time with his family, especially over movie nights.
